2. forums.digitalpoint.com/forumdisplay.php?f=40 : Start a new thread and write briefly. Remember, don't post articles.
3. seochat.com/blogs-tagging-rss-feeds-74 : This is also an alternative for digitalpoint forums. but i think seochat gives more freedom to post.
