5 Tips to Help You Increase Your Google AdSense Earnings

Google AdSense is the simplest way to advertise to people who come to your site. All you have to do is register for AdSense and get your site accepted and you're good to go. Every time someone clicks on said ad, Google makes money and in turn, you do as well. It’s a basic revenue sharing application; all you have to do is get the readers to your site.

Increasing your Google AdSense Earnings is easy if you follow some simple rules:

When you sign up for AdSense, read all of the literature and help files they have available. Make sure to read and follow the rules of the service to a tee.

Never, ever change the coding they give you to place on your site. This can lead to unreported clicks and no earnings for you. If you have an issue with placing the links on your site, you can always ask for help on their site.

Don’t cheat the system by asking your friends and or family members to go to your site and start going crazy clicking the ads. Google has ways of tracking suspicious activity and you can and will get yourself banned from using their service. This goes for you clicking on your own ads as well. If for some reason you need to work on your sites content and find you are reloading your page a lot, turn off AdSense so it doesn’t red flag you.

Learn where to place your ads for the best click advantage. If you have small post you can place the ads right at the top of the post. If you have a larger post, place them at the bottom so it’s the last thing they see and can click on of they want to look for more information about the topic you just wrote about. There have even been people who place the ads in between paragraphs; this is also effective in getting them to click on them.

Experiment with ad layouts on your site. Some sites are better suited for image ads while others you'll have more luck with the text based link ads. It's important you try and test these things out for yourself. What works for one person may not work for another!
